The HP Spectre is a solid mid-range laptop suitable for most programming tasks. It has an Intel Core i7-11390H 5.0 GHz processor so will ensure fast speeds. There is no dedicated GPU, however Intel’s Iris Xe integrated graphics will offer good graphics performance and battery life.
What’s the HP Spectre is a 2 in 1 convertible laptop that is not only thin and light it is a solid and durable computer to take your programming work from office to home without risk of damage. Not to mention the laptop also looks good. This laptop is so good, TechRadar has included it in their list of the best laptops for programming this year. HP must be doing something right.
I have tested the laptops distant uncle the HP Omen gaming laptop. It has the same solid build and is more suited for game developers. But I can vouch for the quality of HP computers. The HP Spectre is one that should be considered for its more affordable price tag.
