Razer Laptop Build Materials?

As I said, Razer’s laptops have some of the best quality specs out there. And they’re particularly impressive compared to many other gaming laptop brands. What also makes their laptops stand out is that they feature all aluminium CNC milled premium chassis.

This material is great for strength and durability so will ensure your laptop will last a long time. Most other laptop brands will use a lot of plastic in their builds. Apart from only a few other gaming brands like Dell who now uses aluminium materials with their Alienware laptop range.

What is CNC Milled Aluminium?

CNC milled aluminium is a material that is cut using a computer numerical control (CNC) machine. This type of machining is done with great precision, which results in a product with very tight tolerances. The finished part will have a high level of accuracy and consistent finish. CNC-milled aluminium is often used in the manufacturing of aerospace and medical components. This material is perfect for laptops because of its strength and lightweight.

Razer Blade Laptop Cooling

Another feature that makes Razer Blade laptops worth it and ensures they are some of the best laptops with best cooling systems. Is the thermal technology Razer uses in their Blade line-up. Unlike many other gaming laptops that use traditional cooling systems with metal or copper heat pipes to keep their laptops cool.

Razer uses vapour chamber cooling technology. This technology uses liquid to transfer heat rather than a solid piece of metal or copper pipe. The advantage of this is that it can dissipate heat over a wider area much better. But it does lead to higher costs than traditional cooling methods.

During my research, I noticed people saying the keyboard area gets hot. However, what a lot of people do not realise, it’s because of the way the vapor chamber cooling system works. It pushes the heat out through the keys, thus making the keyboard warmer. That’s better than your laptop overheating which can be a nightmare.

Is Razer a Reliable Brand?

Razer is one of the most popular and well-known companies in the gaming world, so they definitely have a lot going for them. Plus, they offer a warranty on all of their products, so you can rest assured that you’re covered if something goes wrong.

However, Razer is not without their fair share of controversies. (users have complained about batteries swelling up and some Razer laptops can get hot). But these complaints are few and far between. Generally speaking. I would say that Razer is a reliable brand. Especially if you’re looking for stylish gaming laptop or peripherals that pack a hefty punch.

The answer has got to be a resounding yes, if you are wondering, are Razer laptops good? Actually, they are some of the finest laptops for video editing, music lovers, or gamers looking for something powerful to smash the latest games. There is one flaw and that is they do not manufacture gaming laptops under $1000. You may also struggle to find a Razer gaming laptop under $2000 so for that you will after look elsewhere.

The truth is, Razer always uses the most powerful hardware available. All their laptops come with unique RGB elements, gorgeous displays. Plus lots of RAM and storage. No discussion of Razer laptops would be complete without mentioning that Razer is a good brand. And not just for laptops but for other gaming products too.
